Dragon Door Multi-functional Use Guide

1. Standing Cable Chest Press: To perform this exercise, adjust the pulleys on the Dragon Door to chest height. Stand facing away from the machine with a cable in each hand. Push the cables forward, keeping your arms straight, until they meet in front of your chest. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of reps.

2. High Cable Fly: Adjust the pulleys on the Dragon Door to the highest setting. Stand facing the machine with a cable in each hand. With a slight bend in your elbows, bring your arms together in front of your chest in a hugging motion. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.

3. Cable Row: Sit on the ground facing the Dragon Door with your legs extended and a cable in each hand. Keeping your back straight, pull the cables towards your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together. Slowly release and repeat for the desired number of reps.

4. Standing Cable Crunch: Adjust the pulleys to the highest setting and stand facing the machine with a cable in each hand. Raise your arms above your head and crunch down, bringing your elbows towards your knees. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
